Our Warranty and Return Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY

Every set of MP Modular Wheels has a lifetime structural warranty and a 1-year finishing warranty. This warranty is held for structural and finishing defects as long as the wheels are still owned by the original owner. The warranty is under the discretion of MP Modular Wheels LLC,  The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the wheels. Installation fees and transportation fees are not covered by the warranty. Entire wheels are not eligible for a replacement if only the accessories are defective. Any relevant accessories that are deemed to be defective will be repaired or replaced.

Not covered by warranty:
- Damage incurred as a result of neglect, abuse, misuse, or accident.
- Wheels that have been altered or modified.
- Wheels installed on vehicles over the advised weight loads.
- Cosmetic defects that have occurred due to abrasive cleaning chemicals.
- Discoloration due to neglect. Aesthetic defects on wheels that are mounted.
- Wheels that have suffered damage from the shipping or handling process.Before sending back the defective wheel, please contact us at Sales@mpmodularwheels.com to initiate the warranty process.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Every set of MP Modular Wheels is manufactured on a made-to-order basis and built to each customer’s unique specifications.  We will verify all specifications with you prior to manufacturing, to ensure the wheels are built to the correct specifications.

Custom forged wheels are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.  The deposit will be non-refundable once the order is confirmed and the manufacturing process has started. Under the circumstance in which you have received an incorrect or defective wheel due to our error, we'll pay for the return shipping costs and replace the wheel(s). Orders which are custom-built to your unique requirements (custom engravings, custom parts, and design modifications etc.) cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

WARNING: Please test fit wheels to check for clearance and interference before mounting tires and installing wheels onto your vehicle. If the wheels interfere with your brakes, suspension, or chassis, stop the installation immediately and call our office at 604-690-8637. We are NOT responsible for damages to your vehicle as a result of negligence in checking clearance prior to the wheel installation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MP Modular LIMITED STRUCTURAL WARRANTY AND LIMITED FINISH WARRANTY ARE ITS SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTIES TO ELIGIBLE PURCHASERS AND ARE GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED OR NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW. FORGELITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR FOR ANY EVENT, ACTIVITY OR HARM THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF ANY FORGELITE PRODUCT. FORGELITE’S LIABILITY AND THE PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE WHEEL AS STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
