Order Process and Time Line

Week 1 - Rendering of wheel design with unique wheel specifications are produced

Week 2 - Design is added to computerize simulation for proper load weight distribution and testing

Week 3 - CNC Program preparation and production is started.

Week 4 - Surface prep, Polishing, Brushing and coating is completed to clients request quality control for mono block wheels

Week 5 - Assembly, Quality Control and Logistics.
